When the candidates get job recommendation when accessing Kalibrr, they only have to slide right or left. Next, fill out some data requirements from the company. This method is similar to the online dating app like Tinder.

Similar with the company, AI technology will make them easier to find suitable candidates. Later, the company can simply send an invitation letter to attract the desired candidate. In this way, the recruitment process will be far more efficient.

“From the internal research, we found that the candidates invited through AI have 4 times higher accuracy to be interviewed than those using manual process.”

Aside from AI, Kalibrr also supported by Google Jobs to reach more prospective candidates looking for work through the giant search engine. Previously, Kalibrr worked with Facebook and LinkedIn. This kind of partnership is beneficial, both for candidates and companies.

In addition, Kalibrr is also available in Philippines. When the two countries combined, there will be 1.7 million candidates registered, 24 thousand recruiters, and 6 million conversation happened during last year.

Based on the previous interview, Kalibrr plans to expand to Vietnam this year. It was done due to the realization its vision as the leading tech startup in recruitment.
