Indosat Ooredo announced Joy Wahyudi’s replacement as the CEO after he was resigned on September. After holding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB), Indosat Ooredoo decided to appoint Chris Kanter as the President Director.

The meeting also agreed on Eyas Naif Assaf and Arief Musta’in to join on the Board of Directors. The AGMS also accepted the resignation of Joy Wahyudi, Caba Pinter, and Herfini Haryono, as part of the Board of Directors.

In Commissioner’s team, Hilal Suleiman Malawi, Andrew Tor Oddyar Kvalseth, and Ahmad Abdulaziz A A Al-Neama are appointed to be the new Commissioners and accepted Ajay Bahri and Damian Philip Chappell resignation.

Chris Kanter was Indosat Oooredoo’s Commissioner from 2010 to 2018. He is known as an individual with the finest quality and expertise, particularly in telecommunication and Kadin forum.
