Urbanesia, a city directory startup that had been acquired by Kompas a few months ago recently strike a content partnership deal with online house listing giant, Rumah123. Rumah123, also got acquired by iProperty Group last year now is probably the biggest online house listing company in Indonesia.
This partnership will allow Rumah123 visitors to view all public facilities and venues such as schools, hospitals, restaurants, entertainment centers etc whenever they view a listed house on the website. This kind of information is undisputedly important and influence your decision when you’re buying / renting a house.
We’re not sure what Urbanesia gets from this partnership, of course they will have extra traffic but it would be great if they could benefit more than just traffic boost from the site.
Rumah123 was acquired by Australia-based iProperty for $1.6 million May of last year. Previously, Rumah123.com had more than 50 staff and backed by financial firm Saratoga Group.
