Jenius Co.Create is Launched to Involve Customer in Product Development

Jenius, digital finance product from BTPN, introduces platform for idea collaboration with customer called Co.Create. This platform is initiated to catch new ideas related to Jenius development in following the digital lifestyle.

“Jenius was build of two pillars, life finance and co-creation. Every existing in-app feature are the results of co-creation with customers. We want Jenius to evolve following the dynamic lifestyle of those digital savvy. Therefore, we will continue this co-creation spirit to make Jenius stay relevant,” said Peterjan van Nieuwenhuizen, BTPN’s Digital Banking Head on Thursday (12/14).

There will be four components in Jenius Co.Create fulfilling each others, it is the Co.Create, shared spaces, articles and workshops. Co.Create is in charge for collecting workshop information to be held by Jenius and partners.

However, the shared spaces can be used for customers or community to gather and conduct meeting. From website or workshop, every customer will be asked for opinion regarding their experience in using Jenius and idea for kinds of financial services they prefer.

All opinions will be displayed in Co.Create forum. Customer can vote every idea as additional consideration for Jenius further development.

At one point, Co.Create presence will help team to decide faster regarding which feature to be developed first. Jenius team will provide application updates every two weeks.

Co.Create shared spaces are currently available in three locations around Jakarta. Two of which are collaboration with casual restaurants The Goods Cafe (affiliate with The Goods Dept) in Pondok Indah Mall 3 and Mal Kelapa Gading. The other is located at BTPN office in Kuningan, Jakarta.

It is possible for Co.Create to reach Bandung next year following Jenius debut earlier.
