The rumor about Koprol seems never-ending, this time we’ve heard from a source that Koprol is partnering with the biggest telco in Indonesia with over 50 million subscriber, Telkomsel. Our source tell us that Telkomsel and Koprol is building a partnership where Telkomsel subscriber can use Koprol application with a flat subscription fee + free GPRS access.

Telkomsel would likely to charge a small-flat fee for user to use Koprol, and Koprol will most likely featured on the recently launched Telkomsel Appzone where user can download the app for free. Another interesting strategy if true, for Koprol targeting mid-low potential user where they can use Koprol easily.

Koprol confirmed the news that they’re currently doing a partnership with local telco but they decline to announce the telco company they’re working with.
