MailUp Partners with Ydigital Asia upon Entering Indonesian Market

Italy’s e-mail-based marketing service MailUp announced its penetration to Indonesia by publishing a special website in Bahasa. To support its operation here, including should it decides to enter Malaysia as well, the company partners with Ydigital Asia.

E-mail-based marketing service, known as e-mail newsletter, has  been quite popular. However, there has yet been any company that establishes its office in Indonesia and present its services in Indonesian. Hence, MailUp attempts to grab the opportunity by using the strategy other popular services in Indonesia employ.

By using MailUp, users may create, send and monitor the newsletter, promotion, and SMS in Bahasa. MailUp develops the technology of built-in drag & drop BEE e-mail editor technology which is claimed to have an attractive and responsive design which can be generated without any skills and knowledge about HTML or CSS code.

MailUp’s CEO Nazzareno Gorni told DailySocial that the collaboration is MailUp’s first ever to be established all over the world. They chose Ydigital Asia as it fits their business and is willing to invest in the project, including in recruiting special staff and planning specific marketing activities.

Gorni assured that Ydigital Asia is MailUp’s exclusive partner in Indonesia and didn’t shut the probability of scaling the partnership to a broader market, an expansion to neighboring countries for instance.

Ydigital Asia is a part of Mountain Kejora Ventures which is established as a digital performance consultant. Ydigital Asia’s CEO Boye Hartmann stated in his release, “We hope that we and MailUp can bring in the first local marketing e-mail software to Indonesian market. For the first time, Indonesian companies can secure a world class service served in Bahasa. We hope that the collaboration may benefit the customers, as well as open promising opportunities.”
