Property commerce portal UrbanIndo announces an official domain migration to 99.co. It is due to the acquisition announcement in early 2018. Under a new brand, the company will make some moves to tighten its position as the leading property portal in Indonesia.
Gradually, 99.co sets up some features for users and partners convenience. These features are the results of 99.co and UrbanIndo collaboration – some are completely new, some are from UrbanIndo.
“As per today, we’ve been migrating website branding. It’s a beginning of the various innovations to be presented in the online property industry in Indonesia,” Irvan Ariesdhana, 99.co’s Country Manager, explained to DailySocial.
Ariesdhana claimed, 99.co currently has 1,5 million listing. About 1.45 million comes from the secondary listing from UrbanIndo, combination of sale and rental. The rest is a primary listing of 99.co.
Darius Cheung, 99.co’s CEO, separately said that the rebranding is a right foundation for the development and a better step in the future.
“Therefore, it’s possible in 3-5 years later, 99.co will be written as the number one website for property related commerce, rental, financial, and other services in Indonesia and Singapore,” he added.
