Following Google and RIM, Paypal Opens Operational Center in Malaysia

Paypal recently announce that they’re officially opening their global operations center in Malaysia. This facility will be the base to provide services and support for Paypal’s customers all across Asia and also to add financial services to supports Paypal’s global business.

Malaysia’s Deputy for Ministry of Trade and Industry, Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir said that the Malaysian government will always find new opportunities to simplify the transaction process for business in Malaysia, especially for Small Medium Enterprises (SME) and that Paypal as a global company can facilitate this.

Paypal’s Senior VP of Global Operations also said that the reason behind chosing Malaysia is the Human capital factor where Paypal needs a high quality talents to trained and serve their customers.

Ikuti Jejak Google dan RIM, PayPal Buka Pusat Operasional di Malaysia

Hari ini Paypal mengumumkan secara resmi membuka pusat operasional global di negeri Jiran, Malaysia. Fasilitasi ini nantinya akan menyediakan service dan support untuk pelanggan Paypal di Asia serta menjadi tambahan layanan finansial untuk mendukung bisnis Paypal global.

Wakil Menteri Perdagangan dan Industri Malaysia Datuk Mukhriz Mahathir, dikutip dari Business Times, juga menyatakan bahwa pemerintah Malaysia akan selalu mencari kesempatan untuk menyederhanakan proses transaksi bisnis di Malaysia terutama untuk UKM, dan pemain global seperti Paypal diharapkan bisa memfasilitasi hal tersebut.
